Photo Submission
Submit 1-2 clear, high-resolution player photo after ordering to graceandgridironboutique@gmail.com with your order number.
For the best results:
- Use the original photo file rather than a screenshot.
- Select a well-lit image with the player fully visible.
- Avoid blurry, pixelated, filtered, or heavily cropped photos.
- Uniform photos and action photos both work.
- Make sure helmets, hands, feet, and equipment are not unintentionally cropped.
Roster Information
Provide the roster in this format:
Player number — Player name

Double-check all names and jersey numbers before submitting.
Schedule Information
Provide each game in this format:
Date — Time — Home/Away — Opponent

Schedule details may be shortened or reformatted to fit the design.
Personalization Policy
Personalized products are created using the information submitted with the order. Review all spelling, jersey numbers, dates, times, and opponent names carefully.
A digital proof may be sent when selected. Production will begin after approval. Requested changes after approval may require an additional design fee.
Roster or schedule changes submitted after production has started may not be accepted.
Care Instructions
Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth. Do not soak, place in a dishwasher, or expose the tag to prolonged extreme heat.
